Free standard ground shipping on most US orders $100+ (some exceptions apply).

Returns & Exchanges

In-stock items: Return/exchange within 30 days if unused, unlaundered, odor/animal-hair free, and in original packaging.

All returns require prior authorization and a 20% restocking fee; customer pays all shipping.

Many items are final sale (clearance, sale, custom, special order, bedding, mattresses, hygiene items, select brands, and gift cards).
Cancellations

Orders for made-to-order, custom, or special-order items can only be canceled within 1 business day.

After 1 business day, these orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
