In-stock items: Return/exchange within 30 days if unused, unlaundered, odor/animal-hair free, and in original packaging.
All returns require prior authorization and a 20% restocking fee; customer pays all shipping.

As soon as you are finished with your samples please send it back to us, using the pre paid shipping label included in your shipment and receive your money back.
