8. Shopify Relationship

  • The Services are hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides our e-commerce platform. However, all purchases are made directly with Linen Society. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions with us.

  • By using the Services, you expressly release Shopify from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your transactions with Linen Society.

9. User Content & Feedback

  • Any suggestions, reviews, ideas, or content you submit (collectively, “Feedback”) may be used by us without restriction or compensation. You represent that you have all rights necessary for any Feedback you provide.

  • You agree not to submit Feedback that is unlawful, infringing, libelous, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that contains viruses or malware.
