Breathable, supportive, and plush. The Nuvola is made from natural, petroleum and protein free latex derived from rubber trees, and wrapped with a latex, New Zealand wool and organic cotton quilting. Materials & Care

Your mattress is handcrafted from all-natural materials, so it needs a little extra care to settle properly. Regular rotation and flipping lets the materials settle evenly, prevents body impressions and extends the life of the mattress.

  1. Rotate 180° (head to toe).
  2. Flip (side to side).
  3. Rotate 180° (head to toe) again.
  4. Flip (side to side) again.

First year: rotate and flip monthly. After the first year: every two to three months.

With a LETTO topper: rotate and flip only the topper every few weeks at first. After a couple of cycles, begin rotating the mattress as well, then add flipping the mattress to the routine.

Warranty: 10-year limited warranty covering manufacturing and material defects. If an issue arises, LETTO will repair or replace your mattress as needed.

  • Free standard ground shipping on most US orders $100+ (some exceptions apply).

Returns & Exchanges

  • In-stock items: Return/exchange within 30 days if unused, unlaundered, odor/animal-hair free, and in original packaging.

  • All returns require prior authorization and a 20% restocking fee; customer pays all shipping.

  • Many items are final sale (clearance, sale, custom, special order, bedding, mattresses, hygiene items, select brands, and gift cards).

  • Orders for made-to-order, custom, or special-order items can only be canceled within 1 business day.

  • After 1 business day, these orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Book a Mattress Fitting

LETTO mattresses are fitted and purchased in person. Choose a showroom and we will contact you to set a time. Your mattress is delivered to that showroom; it is not shipped to your home.

  • • Measure twice, cut once. We'll handle the cutting.
