Materials & Care

Your mattress is handcrafted from all-natural materials, so it needs a little extra care to settle properly. Regular rotation lets the materials settle evenly, prevents body impressions and extends the life of the mattress.

Be sure to rotate 180° (head to toe), monthly, for the first year. After the first year: every two to three months.

Warranty: 10-year limited warranty covering manufacturing and material defects. If an issue arises, LETTO will repair or replace your mattress as needed.

  • In-stock items: Return/exchange within 30 days if unused, unlaundered, odor/animal-hair free, and in original packaging.

  • All returns require prior authorization and a 20% restocking fee; customer pays all shipping.
