Classic Sateen is the softer counterpart to Classic Percale: smooth, fluid, and beautifully balanced. Woven in Italy from fine Egyptian Makò cotton, it has the supple hand and subtle luster that make sateen so appealing, without feeling heavy or overly glossy.


Its 300-thread-count weave gives it a medium weight that rests gently against the body, becoming even more inviting over time. The feel is warm, smooth, and quietly enveloping — luxurious, but still easy to live with.


Sewn in Tuscany by artisans steeped in generations of textile tradition, Classic Sateen reflects the enduring appeal of Italian craftsmanship and restrained elegance.

300 thread count Egyptian cotton sateen woven in Italy.

Materials & Care

  • 100% Egyptian Cotton.
  • Pre-wash linens before first use.
  • Machine wash in cold to warm water and remove promptly.
  • Use a gentle liquid linen wash. We recommend LeBlanc
  • Do not use laundry detergents or bleach; they contain caustics that harm fabrics.
  • Do not use fabric softeners; they coat and weaken fibers.
  • Launder bed linens alone, sorted by color and separately from other fabrics or garments.
  • Some facial and body creams contain ingredients that may cause discoloration of your fine fabrics upon laundering.
  • Line dry or tumble dry on low heat- removing promptly while still slightly damp. Hand smooth to minimize wrinkles.  Never “over-dry” your fine linens.
  • If desired,steam-iron linens to remove wrinkles and restore the luster of sateenweaves.Press on the reverse side of the fabric on the hot/warm setting.
